โครงงานเรื่องน้ำยาขัดรองเท้า

บทคัดย่อ

 ปัจจุบันเราคงปฏิเสธกันไม่ได้ว่าน้ำยาขัดรองเท้าได้เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องในชีวิตประจำวันของเรามากโดยเฉพาะสมัยเป็นนักเรียน นักศึกษา (ตัดออก )
ซึ่งในน้ำยาขัดรองเท้านั้นมีสารพิษที่มีชื่อว่าสารซูดาน เรด (Sudan Red) ผสมอยู่ ซึ่งเป็นสีที่ใช้ย้อมในตระกูลซูดาน  มีคุณสมบัติสีสดใส  ติดทนทาน
 จากการวิจัยของหน่วยงานนานาชาติด้านการวิจัย (ระบุชื่อหน่วยงานได้มั้ย)  พบว่า  สารซูดาน เรด  มีผลต่อการทำลาย DNA ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้เกิดเนื้องอกได้  ซึ่ง(ตัดออก)
สารพิษชนิดนี้สามารถเข้าสู่ร่างกายของคนเราได้ด้วยการรับประทาน  การสูดดม  หรือการสัมผัส   คณะผู้จัดทำจึงสนใจที่จะนำวัสดุจากธรรมชาติ เช่นเปลือกผลไม้
มาใช้ในการทำน้ำยาขัดรองเท้า ทั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดทำสนใจนำกาบมะพร้าว และเปลือกมังคุดแห้งมาใช้โดยมีวิธีการทดลองดังนี้
ตอนที่1 ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบค่าพลังงานความมันวาว ที่ได้จากน้ำยาขัดรองเท้าทั่วไปกับน้ำยาขัดรองเท้าจากกาบมะพร้าวและเปลือกมังคุด
พบว่าน้ำยาขัดรองเท้าที่ทำจากกาบมะพร้าวและเปลือกมังคุดจะให้ค่าความมันวาวเป็น 3.5(หน่วยเป็นอะไรระบุด้วย)  และ2.25  ตามลำดับ  
จะเห็นว่าน้ำยาขัดรองเท้าที่ทำจากกาบมะพร้าวนั้นจะสามารถทำให้เกิดความมันวาวได้ดีกว่า
 ตอนที่2  ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบค่าความมันวาวที่ได้จากน้ำยาขัดรองเท้าในอัตราส่วนต่างๆที่ประกอบไปด้วยกาบมะพร้าวที่แห้งและเผาแล้ว:
วาสลิน: พาราฟิน: ขี้ผึ้ง คิดเป็นอัตราส่วนดังนี้ 3:1:1:1, 2:1:1:1, 1:1:1:1 ซึ่งวัดค่าความมันวาวได้ 4.75, 3.5  และ  2.75  ตามลำดับ

Abstract
 In our world today, we can’t deny that “shoe polish wax” 
is necessary for our daily life. In shoe polish wax has a toxic ingredient called
“Sudan Red”, which is usually used for dying materials in manufacturing. It’s property
 is turning a shoe (leather shoe) to be shiny and endure. Researches suggested that
“Sudan Red” can destroy human DNA and stimulate to produce tumor. Human can get this
 toxic substance into body by eating contaminated food, smelling and direct contacting
the substance. It’s also harm for our pets by making them lost consciousness.
 Thus we are interested in the problems and seek some natural materials to make
 Shoe Polish Wax. We have tried to use  scathe of coconut  and mangosteen’s skin to
produce shoe polish wax in order to decrease the toxic of the available wax. In our
 experiment, we found that shoe polish wax made from coconut’s nutshell  is better
than wax made from mangosteen’s skin.By testing the degree of shining
among the shoe polish wax made from coconut’s nutshell and mangosteen’
skin and a shoe polish wax we bought from market, it has no different in quality.
The result of our experiment, found that the most appropriate ratio of burned coconut ‘s
nutshell to powder (char) : vaseline: paraffin: beeswax  is  3:1:1:1.
