Welcome back! Start using quests. A good deal of quests give exp rewards which will get you decent base stats. Also quests will give additional content access to creatures item and slayer masters to you. With slayer, continue after quests. When I arrived back I started out performing quests by looking on the old school wiki at them in the order which they were published. I highly suggest watching Slayermusiq1's guides on YouTube, he will help get them through very fast by telling to choose if you do not care about the story line.
No problem! Would recommend you begin with Waterfall quest, it's super easy and will give you a few strength and assault exp. There's a few easy quests I would advise finishing. City, dwarf cannon nature spirit, fairytale expansive shrub part 1 and tree gnome village. Also complete all the f2p quests as they're very straightforward and fast, they will provide you with OSRS Gold For Sale some speedy exp and quest points. Following those quests I would suggest aiming for fighter madness (for the dragon scimitar) and get as far as possible through the recipe for disaster quest, finally for barrows gloves.
