Bro trust me nobody is doing this, it a much better experience to pick up last years game for next to nothing and update rosters, I feel like the reason they did so is indeed less ppl encounter glitches. Theres glitches in 2k20 too tho... so if 2k21 is just a copy paste of 2k20, then it is gonna possess the same glitches regardless.
Players dont clip into each other as much anymore. There are a few things that never got fixed, like the hair respawning constantly during cutscenes and hair physics which vanish on arbitrary cheer leaders.
As someone who played 2k20 vividly, players clip through each other nonstop. The thing that I notice about 2k20 is the clipping is insignificant. Peoples arms may clip into a person's torso whilst covering, but thats nothing compared to 2k19 at which you can knock the ball from someone's hand while they're dunking by shoving your hands directly through their face at the ball. I just got a sneak in my career this morning by clipping through somebody's knee to smack the ball. I've definitely been blocked via the back of my players mind going for dunks too.

Honestly, who cares if they do? The type of person who's gonna do this was never going to devote full retail price on the game anyways. How is this thought even being circulated about that sub? Because that is just what I did with matches I did not wish to buy. Congrats. Still not the reason. Then what do you believe the reason is? Couldn't tell you. Their best selling 2ks had boundless demonstration time so its just not your theory. Maybe they want to maintain it buy 2K21 MT timed to shroud just how ty their match is. Not certain.
