If your windows 10 there is an actual factory reset option where you won't have to outside in your product key or anything. It is rather simple to initiate. I just googled mill reset windows when I did it now. Good luck
After you backed up your files was it basically a system restore? And then once you're done reinstalling you simply hit restore?
No I started fresh. No system restore. Much like a gentle format of the is push. Pictures documents save files etc all went in an external HDD. I uninstalled the matches I'd before compiling windows. This is only because I have windows in an SSD, files on am HDD and games on a second HDD. I think if all your games are on your os drive then you may not need to do this. Remember to backup your saved game files I presume those are mostly separate from the setup for most games.

Even if I attempt to use VPN, steam will realize that I'm from PH since I made the steam accounts in PH area.
Well, I can perform through MS Shop without VPN fine but I'm not going to hazard my principal steam account by cheap meseta pso2 bypassing region locks.
