As much as I'd really like to RS gold have observed clues being reworked, what you are suggesting is actually quite hard. Jagex had mentioned they didn't region-lock clues as it is quite a tedious task. Each hint doesn't have a'region' attached to it, so a few poor soul would need to sift through every clue step and assign it a region (and probably must take into account any region-locked items as well). Seeing as we saw some Zeah clues making it in the game after they had pushed an update to eliminate them, it's very likely that it is only a tricky undertaking to do given the insane number of hint steps (and for each tier too ).

Frankly, I couldn't imagine the amount of work that has gone into this league however. The amount of work certainly shows. I have been having a blast so far!

It can be tricky to do, but I don't think that is a good enough reason to throw up their hands over something that is rather integral in the leagues. There are a whole lot of points tied to clues, which implies that they needed people to concentrate on doing them. There's even a relic made around hint completion. Even a small adjustment to lower the frustration of now performing them (even with taking treasure seeker) could make a big difference.

Besides, my proposed solution doesn't require anything beyond just tagging each step using a region. Even if they discounted area locked items for emote hints, it would nevertheless be so incredibly impactful on gamers' ability to complete clues more easily. Anyway, there are several region-related tasks that need another region to be unlocked also in order to complete.

Not asking for a complete overhaul, just a fighting chance to finish something tougher than a moderate tier

Yeah I understand the scope of the ask. Not everything you work on in your workplace is an easy brainless undertaking. They've a chance to make Trailblazer leagues leave a very lasting positive impression. It's up to the dev team if they think it's worth devoting the tools, but should they mend clues, it might mean leaving a very positive legacy for the league.
