On Thursday, the Tulsa affiliate of evening dresses uk for Success held the grand opening for its new location, 3103 S. Harvard Ave.
Dress for Success Tulsa offers a range of services to local women in need, from career development tools to support networks and resources such as professional attire to aid them on their journey to self-sufficiency.
The new 5,000-square-foot facility houses a boutique area full of clothing and accessories for client suiting, a career center with computers to help program participants in classes or for job searching efforts, and administrative offices.
Construction of the facility was donated by Simmons Homes and its subcontractor crews.
“We are thrilled to welcome the public inside our new, expanded space to learn about the vital services that Dress for Success Tulsa provides to the local community,” said Ronda Adkisson, executive director of Dress for Success Tulsa.
