The process of preparing bonded NdFeB magnets mainly adopts compression molding method to prepare magnets. The powder making process, bonding process and various molding processes of bonded NdFeB magnets, as well as various process factors, will have an impact on the performance of the magnet. In the preparation process of bonded NdFeB magnets by compression molding, molding pressure and holding time, curing temperature and curing time, binder, solvent, warm pressure and warm pressure are all important factors that affect the performance of the magnet.
At present, the magnetic properties of my country's rare earth permanent magnet materials are continuously improving, and the manufacturing technology and methods of rare earth permanent magnet materials are also constantly being reformed and innovated.
