Being happy is a natural choice to make because that is the state of least resistance for which everything is allowed to exist. The natural instinct of man is to expand, that's life. Every flower every cell in your body, indeed every idea seeks to expand and it does so by its constant movement to rendezvous with like interests. The natural emotion of happiness, joy, ecstasy and bliss are states of freedom, conditions of no resistance. When you deliberately choose to move in the direction you desire, you are choosing by your intent to allow and give up the resistance to all other conflicting chooses you could give your attention to.

Life is expansion- it is the desire to move towards greater fulfillment, towards greater happiness. Here is the error humans make and here is a question that reveals the point. Are you happy because of all the good things happening around you or, because you are sustaining happiness good things are happening all around you?

Every human being can choose to be happy. It simply becomes an act of willingness to do so. That points you in the direction of life and expansion. When that is your intention you instantly move along a path of least resistance, like water flowing down the hillside. There is no effort, simply moving. Now remember, you don't need to be exhilarated before things start going as you desire, you simply need to be moving towards better feeling, better than the one you are holding onto. Just a better feeling thought. You may be sad, and all you need to do is think of something that makes you feel a little bit better and a little bit better and so on.

Then why do I not experience it you ask? Simply because you ask for a multitude of things and that for which dominants the фокус of your attention is what stays in your present experience, it's called the 'appearance' of your life. I realize this may be a bit of a challenge to grasp but nevertheless, you can. I want you to try this small musing to demonstrate your capacity to фокус and receive as you request it. Close your eyes and imagine being on the surface of the moon looking back at the earth. Do that right now.

That experience became available to you the instant you deliberately chose to give your attention to it. If you didn't do it, see if you are willing to do it now. Imagine looking down at the beautiful planet earth standing on the moon and see it in your imagination. Ok, what happened? How long were you able to look? For most people it is but for only a brief moment. The more you enjoyed it the longer you were able to stay wit it. But the instant your attention was placed elsewhere you were given that. There are enough structures in the life of an individual that cause us to direct our attention on them

There are other structures attracting our attention, our thoughts and beliefs. A belief is a thought we continue to think over and over. They have a life of their own and are attracting like thoughts. This is simply the growing understanding of the law of attraction. What you give your attention to is what you are asking for, and we didn't know that so we haven't developed our skills in that area. But you can. Study this law if you wish, it is well worth any efforts you make.

Here is a note on the law of attraction. It is as real as any of the known laws of nature and like any less understood law it can take decades before it becomes universally accepted by even scientists and even spiritualists. There are indeed resisting members of the flat earth society who refuse to acknowledge the earth is a sphere! Though it is becoming a well studied law, physicists acknowledge its staggering implications. We know but a thimbleful in an ocean of knowledge and those businesses taking the lead will reap the initial benefits. We indeed live in an exciting period and the world is on the verge of tremendous growth and adventure. It is beyond imagination where we shall be in 10 and 20 years.
