BAL-0010 Broadband Balun

An RF/microwave balun (or transformer) is a device that takes an input signal at a given impedance and outputs both the same signal and an inverted version of the signal at a (potentially) different output impedance. They are suitable for applications in differential signaling, integrated circuit testing, and general lab and experimental use.Get more news about Broadband Balun, you can vist our website!

The main figures of merit for a balun are the amplitude (ideally 0 dB across the band) and phase balance (ideally 0 degrees, meaning perfectly 180 degrees out of phase, across the band). Our BAL-0003, BAL-0006, and BAL-0010 are instrumentation grade 50 Ω input: 50 Ω output (100 Ω differential) baluns with excellent phase and amplitude match to kHz frequencies. The high power balun variations (the BALH-0003, BALH-0006, and BALH-0010) can be used as either 1:1 or 1:2 transformers (that is either 100 Ω or 50 Ω differential/ 50 Ω or 25 Ω single ended output). These baluns have reduced insertion loss but increased output return loss at the outputs when used in a 50 Ω system. They have a higher power handling capability of up to 10 W.
