This review is from: Motorola H375 Bluetooth Headset (Black) (Wireless Phone Accessory) This one must not fit my ear correctly because it was very painful when wearing it. Also the caller on the other end said that the background noise was tremendous and they could barely hear me. If you're not in a loud area this unit works great (other than the pain). For some it won't hurt at all. This unit does not have noise cancelling, I just didn't think it would be as bad as it was.

We then switched to the plantronics 510 and it's much better.
