Similar to exercise, changing your mental workout leads to using parts of your brain that you do not use. Change is always good! You don't have to carry around a planner to organize your day but you can organize your thoughts and plan out what your schedule will be like. What will you wear and what will you do when you get off of work? Will you eat healthy tomorrow, and will you go to the gym? If so, then pack your gym back the night before and plan ahead.

An important factor in improving your memory is rehearsing a positive attitude and motivation. Tell yourself that you want to remember things and that you're supposed to remember things by stimulating your brain.
