Welcome to the Promised land of Thailand! Ever heard of the fruit mangosteen also known as "the Queen of Fruit"?

Let me tell the story of how I came across it! I've been working in the health and fitness business since more than twenty years. Learned about food, drugs and natural medicin. It's very interesting! The issue as I see it is that people don't take it seriously- the power of good food and health.

My mornings have a ritual like this: I start up with a firm body rubbing with a dry cloth. Then a warm shower followed by a nice body oil to sooth my skin. Then down to the kitchen. Three fruits cut up nicely on a plate. A piece of bread and sliced cheese, two eggs and a cup of coffee. Additional vitamin C, multivitamin, spirulina and minerals. Everything is served beautiful to the eye. I prefer to surround myself with beautiful flowers as well.

I want a nice warm environment with soft music and good company if I am not alone. I always pick up two books for my soul and my mind: "Until Today" by Iyanala Vanzant and "Open up inner doors" by Eileen Caddy I read the daily words in them.

Then it's time for a brisk walk! I prefer to do it by myself. It sets my mind floating. I enjoy deep breathing. Feeling grateful for what I have got and grateful for what will come to me. Grateful for the people that came and left.

I always try to keep myself updated on health and fitness but of course it's hard to keep up!

For many years I've been involved in the network marketing business too. I love it!

It's so inspiring to help people to either feel good, find a new partner or make more money. My motto has always been to help people with physical, emotional and financial good health. It's easier and more fun to be sick with money than without!

So here I was the year of 2006! I attended Anthony Robbins Mastery University after taking "Unleash the power within" in London, UK. The first course with Tony was the "Wealth Mastery". There we learned about mastering the power of money. The course was about stocks and bonds. real estate, gold investments and currency trading. So much good stuff combined with extreme mental training! I will write about that in a later article.

The next course was "Life Mastery"! Wow! That was powerful! We started with climbing and jumping off a 60 ft pole! "Life Mastery" was about health, fitness and training. Right up my alley!

The third and last course was "Date with Destiny". It was about relationship with yourself, your spouse, relatives, friends, colleagues etc.

Those three courses got me thinking about my life of course. How my relationship was at that time. Where do I want to go? Etc...

Decisions appeared! To leave the network marketing company I was involved with. To ask Universe for a new network marketing company. I also decided to start life coaching.

In late January next year I met a new friend who introduced me to the Xango juice, мейд from the mangosteen fruit. A funny thing appeared. I have bought a house in Thailand in a place called MangoSPA! So of course I was paying attention! I got invited to a meeting the day before I left for Thailand. I listened to the presentation, I tasted the juice, it was jummy!

I took off to Thailand and tasted the fruit itself there! I came back home in mid-February and decided to GoXanGo! Believe me, I never regret that for a second!
