You can also create this mobile meditation in your office creating beautiful environments where the scent, sight, sounds, feeling and tastes are good. You don't have to be wealthy to do this. Just tidy, careful and thoughtful. Get rid of bad smells, bad food, and tidy up the house the neighbourhood, bring harmony into your life, don't wait for it to come. Duplicate the experience of contentment in nature: look around, listen, feel things, smell and let your senses become totally in harmony, even if you have to construct the environment with flowers and incense and nice pictures.

This is the most powerful way to become present. Mobile mediation is a perfect way to become empty, and therefore content. The key here is to have no goal, or agenda. Just be in your space with the intent to connect good things, sight, sound, feel, taste, smell. You can even do this to yourself. Dress good, look good, smell good, sound good, feel good and of course, have a nice flavour to your breath and mouth. Its a great start. Mobile meditation.

It is also why getting your relationship sorted is so important for success. A beautiful environment includes the people in it. If you go home to a disaster or a nasty vibes you'll start to react and create negative flow on at work. A loving home, is a most powerful key to inspiration.

Mobile Meditation - Walking in the City

Walking is such a wonderful way to get back to reality. It doesn't have to be hard but it does need a certain level of intensity.

The key is to get out, make your heart beat and experience some beauty. One hour of walking burns more calories than 30 minutes of jogging, so, it can serve two purposes.

So, if what you are doing is enjoyable, you're thankful and it's a little demanding, then automatically you are meditating. By bringing all your senses into the moment, you're meditating in a really deep way.

A romantic stroll down the beach can be meditating too, as long as there's a sense of togetherness, beauty and cuddled up to the one you love, smelling the air, feeling love in your heart, totally not talking about work. This is meditating too.

In the city, life can get strangely cut off from this natural meditation and then we need rooms and seats and cushions. When man-made buildings take the place of valleys and mountains, and the roar of traffic gets substituted for that of boisterous streams we can easily end up in our head thinking, thinking thinking and dealing with negative ideas.

Mobile meditation is also possible at night, when we look up to the stars and realise they are not, definitely not going around us, but at night we hardly ever see the stars, we forget to look. We have churches and museums, drinks and theatres, beautiful clothes and endless shops, there are people everywhere, on the streets, in the buildings, in the rooms and our senses are pulled in all different directions. There is rush and turmoil, there is no time for contemplation.

We need to stop sometimes. Maybe even meditate, or at least contemplate beauty. You can do it on the bus, but this is not good enough. If we meditate one minute and act like an ass the next, all our practices are just a waste.

We need to witness beauty all the time. Even in stuff that's not beautiful there's a balance. This is not just the magazine beauty, but real, natural beauty, balance, nature's law.

We need to celebrate life whether we're in the city with all the buildings and people or high up in the mountains, sitting watching the Sunset. Two eyes watching something beautiful, no matter where we are, brings a mobile meditation.

Contemplation is so essential to happiness but if we are contemplating bad things, or worried or stressed then our contemplations are not mobile meditations, they're toxic. So, contemplation must be focussed and the фокус needs to be thankfulness. To feel lucky, thankful for whatever circumstance we face, that's mobile meditation. It doesn't take a building, a cushion or a candle, it's an attitude.

This mobile meditation is a great key to inspiration and innerwealth. Because what perspective are we left with when life is measured in steps, kilo-joules, payments and schedules? What connection to thankfulness and the trillions of stars is possible from within a threatened dimension of streets, cars, noise and competition for resources unless we make it so? This is mobile meditation, staying thankful, in and amongst the mud and grime of real life.

As a city dweller we may eat fancy yogurt, buy organic vegetables, pray and act with some political and social conscience, but all this is trying, it just adds to the turmoil if we are selective. Selecting one period of time to be happy, thankful and in love - while another is simply measured in schedules, agendas and goals is no real life. It's fragmented, imbalanced and unfriendly.

Mobile meditation means bringing the inspiration we feel in nature, to the city.

Although going on a walk in the bush might be refreshing to my heart and soul, we can't wait days weeks or months in order to have a few moments of inspiration. Hour by hour you need to hit the RESET BUTTON on your nervous system through Mobile Meditation, just saying, feeling or thinking how lucky you and those around you are to be here in this moment.

You can live and work with the awareness of nature's laws. That's mobile meditation. You eat, sleep, walk, work, poop and dance with that awareness. This is enlightenment.

Remember, it takes a commitment 24/7 to turn your mind to higher things. Just one slip into depreciation and negative thinking will have its price because when the joy goes out of our day, so do we.

We sabotage anything that we can't link to our future. Some people cry and say, "He or she broke my heart," but that's only on the surface. We actually sabotage relationships, jobs, health, and financial independence when our mind starts to disconnect with what we are currently doing.
