I was cracking my head on how to prepare a meaningful gift for my hubby as Father Day present. Finally I have created one, and here I share the five instant methods to create scrapbooking gift for Father Day. Hope you can apply this instant methods!

Step 1 Prepare a few dad candid photos

How to collect this candid photo? You can done by spending a few daily activities with your dad while taking different candid photo with him. Another method is sort out all the pass few photos taken, and choose a few candid one for scrapbooking.

Step 2 Get a A5 size mini canvas

Buy a few A5 size mini canvas from art and craft store. If you cannot find one, you create your own by pasting canvas on a A5 size card board.

Step 3 Acrylic painting for scrapbooking background

Draw some illustration, or color the mini canvas with acrylic color. Try to choose striking color such as lime yellow, lime green or orange red. This is to make the background color express young and energy theme. If possible make the color spread unevenly to express the texture of the background. Let it dry for a night.

Step 4 Хэнд Мейд embellishment

I like to use recycle stuff to do my own хэнд мейд embellishment. Items such as shopping bag string handle can be a good source for хэнд мейд embellishment. You can convert the string type handle to embellishment by arranging it into circular form and glue it on a colorful construction paper, cut the design out and you have created one хэнд мейд embellishment. Other хэнд мейд embellishment such as cutting felt into different flower or shapes etc. Paste the хэнд мейд embellishment on the scrapbooking layout.

Step 5 Candid photos and express some fun words

Last step is pasting dad candid photos and write some fun words or greeting words such as Happy Father Day, Love you Dad, Thanks for the care giving and love etc.
