Why do so many people think they have to chase down their ex and "force" them back with continuous calls, emails, text messages or worse still - waiting outside of their home! Or they will send a big bouquet of flowers or gifts.

Please don't do this. It makes you look very desperate and turns off most women. They tend to want a strong and confident mate. Get involved in a hobby you enjoy. Spend more time at the gym or play basketball with your buddies. Possibly date other people. Get to know yourself again and get to like the person you see. If you improve yourself, you WILL have a much better chance of getting her back.
