The question as it is posed: If all civilizations on earth are evolving at somewhat the same rate, then why are some countries and areas of the world so advanced where other countries in the third world are more primitive and seem like they are still living in the stone age?

This is a very good question and requires some assumptions that I am not sure all of you are prepared to accept in order to be able to understand the answer, but we shall see. First and foremost, nothing will ever make sense if you do not believe in reincarnation. Why, for the life of me, I don't understand since there are countless examples, and I really mean countless examples of confirmed proofs of reincarnation if you do your research on the internet. It happens, it has always happened and it is one of the prime parameters for existence in your earth system, and frankly I am not entirely sure why some of you will not accept the idea of living many lives.

This is not an easy subject to address simply because there are so many interweaving factors that affect where someone is born in the physical system. I have said before in many articles that you choose your parents, you choose where you are born and when you are born and you plan in advance a rough outline of your life's story, all of this done before the first molecule is formed in your mother's womb. Some plan to experience their next life with previous family members for various reasons. Some choose to be born in the same country, in the same state and sometimes even in the same town. Some who are more adventurous plan their next lifetime, giving up the familiar security of being once again with those you have known before, and venture into uncharted waters so to speak, choosing to be born in entirely new areas and new more challenging circumstances.

As there are individual reincarnations, so there are mass reincarnations where whole towns of individuals choose to be born again and again with their past friends and family, similar or same occupations and same interests in the same regions and countries, perhaps only changing sexual orientation and or race. There are no hard fast rules governing reincarnations except that you will eventually have to experience at least one life as female, male and a full childhood growing to maturity. If you are so inclined, you may choose three or four lives as a female and one as a male if your personality leans toward that of the anima. You are not required to experience different races, but those who are the most advanced identities, are so because they have been more diversified in their lifetime choices.

Also as there are groups of people who are inclined to stay with and follow old friends and family into same familiar surroundings lifetime after lifetime, so on a larger scale there are mass reincarnations, where whole societies, many who have lived during a certain era, begin to leave the system in approximately the same time period. They will then wait around for all who will participate to leave the system, then in concert, together they will originate a new era of historical significance when all will reincarnate at around the same time. This is why you have such illuminating eras throughout history, brilliant beyond what is normal, with the flowering of the arts, philosophies, sciences and religions such as in the Renaissance era. It was no accident that so many people of great achievement happened to live in that time period.

Those kinds of mass reincarnations of high achievers with extraordinary intellect and artistic abilities will usually migrate to areas of the world where the infrastructure is supportive and conducive of great advancements. They will usually choose a favorable environment where their talents can mature and thrive.. They will choose eras of relative peace in countries with stable governments, social systems and agreeable climates. These then, are personalities who are most likely in their last lifetime in the physical system, so evolved that they have pretty much learned everything they can and are ready to progress to more advanced and challenging systems. So, in countries like the Western hemisphere, you have more advanced and evolved personalities simply because they chose to live where the right type of environment presents opportunities for advancement more suitable to their needs.

You and your soul make these decisions in advance of your birth and so in that respect, where you are and what you become is not an accident. In an oversimplified way, you are where you are and you are what you are because that is the way you set it up before birth. You have free choice when it comes to planning your life, but within certain limitations agreed upon in advance by you and your entity/soul. The entity has certain problems or challenges it desires to encounter through your personality given life in the physical system, and it with your complete cooperation, creates future plans that are most likely to materialize within your life. In other words, the conditions set, will in many ways limit the freedoms that you will have open to you for development. So you will have much freedom within certain areas, but you will conveniently forget that you yourself had a хэнд in the setting some of these limitations in advance of your physical birth. For this reason, it would not be correct to say "What does God have planned for me", but to say "What did I and my soul/entity plan for me in this life?"

It is important to understand that life is not an accident by any means, even though the creation of the fetus may seem so from you perspective, but your perspective is extremely limited at this time. It is also important to understand that where you are born and when you are born is a planned event, but less important in the first lifetime experience. Entities provide the fragment consciousness that will inhabit all identities born on earth and usually that is not a haphazard arrangement, but one given much forethought and purpose.

Entities are not so concerned where or when children are born in the first lifetime, and it is in this first lifetime when the personality is not yet on a solid footing and is still groping for its survival in what seems like a very confusing and difficult world, so a (first life) personality will not be so picky as to where it chooses to experience that life. The entity will insert viable consciousness into most all infants that are born since they have the responsibility, at least at this time, to provide consciousness to all living creatures. Having explained that, there are civilizations on earth who have some trouble associating the sexual act with the subsequent birth of children and the need to provide a value fulfilled life for them in childhood. Because of many deep seated misconceptions, taboos, disastrous religious beliefs about birth control and the belief that children are equated with wealth in some societies, they are now creating children at an alarming rate and learning the real tragic truths behind overpopulation. They must eventually come to understand the need for responsibility in creating children that they cannot provide for and that will strain the ability of any country on earth to sustain them usually resulting in a very young death.

In a sense, overpopulation is somewhat like cancer in that it is the growth process run amok and until these personalities learn, they will continue to experience and endure poverty, starvation, epidemics, pestilence and death of millions of children before they will begin to see the importance of responsibility in creating offspring when they have no conceivable way of supporting or caring for. In societies such as these, usually in what would be classified as underdeveloped third world countries, the real problem is ignorance. These then, are usually the newer personalities, learning lessons they need to learn before they progress into more developed areas. This lesson was not so dire in the beginning early civilizations because overpopulation was not a threat to survival but there were other challenges that they had to deal with. Providing more food and assistance is only a temporary answer and the real knowledge must come from within..

As these countries become more developed and learn to control their own populations, the poverty, the starvation and other inherent challenges will begin to subside and newborn personalities will begin to seek other areas of the world in a more equal manner rather than emerging in the least developed countries where the problems of their ignorance is only exasperated by their inability to connect their own behavior with their misery. So it is with countries as it is with individual personalities, that their misery is self inflicted and the worst contagion is not of the physical virus, but an inner psychic contagion of impaired beliefs and insufficient knowledge. That will change in the future but there will always be challenges even for the most advanced identities.

There are exceptions, but generally speaking, more advanced personalities would not choose to be reborn in the middle of the Sahara Desert simply because the location would limit their development. On the other хэнд, some hardy individuals may choose this option because it offers the greatest opportunity for confronting almost insurmountable challenges and gives them much satisfaction as they meet and rise above those challenges. The main reason then, why underdeveloped countries are considered third world countries and endure such hardships is because most of the personalities born there are "new identities" experiencing their first physical life. As they evolve and learn, conditions in those countries will improve.
