https://app.instascribe.com/forums/topic/4969/ The latest incoming patch for Rainbow Six Siege will be the the Year 4 Season 1.3 update and Ubisoft has revealed that it will drop today – April 16 on PC with console owners having to wait until the day after. In preparation for the update https://maingames.co.id/forum/messages/thread/47276 the team has also released the full Y4S1.3 patch notes which details a bunch of significant changes coming to the game. As has previously been revealed the biggest update is to Lion’s ability – which is getting a major rework due to player demand. Capitao’s asphyxiating bolts are also getting some changes.
As Ubisoft detailed just last week in the Siege team’s latest designer notes the much-requested Lion rework is “aimed at reducing the oppressive feeling of his ability while maintaining his intel-gathering role”.http://www.em-08.info/forum/bioware-is-hiring-people-to-redesign-anthems-loot-t465.html#1023 His ability warning is decreasing from three to 1.5 seconds and scanning is dropping from four to two seconds. He also now has three charges instead of two and his ability cooldown has been reduced from 27 seconds to 15. Furthermore Virgil’s ERC–7 cloak now makes him immune to Lion’s scan.
First detailed in February at the Six Invitational in Montreal http://www.fm-brasil.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=229&t=13495 Lion's upcoming rework aims to fix one of Rainbow Six Siege's most controversial Operators to date. The offensive Operator's global wall-hack ability has faced intense criticism in a tactical setting even ousted from its official Rainbow Six Pro League competitions. With Y4S1.3 Lion is shifting toward an "intel-based" role replacing the red on-screen outline with a one-dimensional ping. Duration http://social.dailykindness.com/mmocs/blog/24406/ warning and cooldown have also been reduced making for a more reactive and balanced gadget.
Along with the Lion and Capitao reworks players will also see the changes previously mentioned in the Y4S1.3 designer notes. The patch confirms changes to Ying Maestro Nomad Kaid http://bigcountryradio.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=3562#3562 Echo and Blitz. Of all the operator changes Nomad and Blitz may be the most important. By giving Blitz a longer cooldown players will have a breather from being rushed down and trolled by Blitz’s shield charges. Nomad will now have an audio effect tied to her deployed Airjabs which should greatly add to player comfort when facing her in the field.
Another interesting fix involves attackers no longer being able to climb onto the purple tarps on Coastline. The change comes as a surprise since the ability to climb onto the tarps allowed PENTA Sports to lock down the Hookah site without even entering the building this past week. There are two different sets of purple tarps on the map https://www.scaredtoplay.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=181080 so it will be interesting to see if the tarps in the patch notes refer to the ones used by pros the second set on the roof or both.
